Minis story yoga is designed for pre-schoolers up to the age of 6. The session is aimed specifically with this age range in mind, providing children with some yoga basics whilst having fun.  

A typical session will include basic yoga flows and yoga games to develop physical strength and flexibility and to familiarise children with some yoga poses. 

A familiar children’s story will be used as a stimulus to incorporate yoga movements. All sessions end with a relaxing breathing activity.  Each story session follows a similar structure so children who repeatedly visit become familiar and develop their confidence, giving them more time to think about their physical movement and concentration on their breath work.

  *Please note the session is just for child participation. You are welcome to stay and watch the session, or drop-off children and make use of the time! All I ask is that I have an emergency contact number and that you arrive back in time for the end of the session.
